BullZeye clients receive a short list of job candidates that are qualified, screened and interviewed by members of the BullZeye team. The job candidates are screened on competencies and successful behaviors needed to meet the job order specifications. Typically, within 20-25 business days our clients are receiving at least 3 candidates who are primarily passive yet we do not over look the active candidates in today’s downsizing environment.
