Kathlene Kuykindoll, M.A.
Kathlene Kuykindoll has been involved in being a strategic contributor to start-up, small, mid-size, large and Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years. She has worked internally with entrepreneurial and early stage companies that needed to get immediate traction in the space. She was an integral part of the Investor Due Diligence and Presentation Team.
Kathlene has assisted companies in their sales strategies, revenue generation, employee assessment, recruitment and retention. Some of her clients have included Universal Studios, Charles Schwab, John Deere, Levi Strauss, Allstate Insurance, AIG, Williams Sonoma, Hewlett Packard, and Owens Corning.
Prior to being one of BullZeye’s Founders, Kathlene worked for companies that were involved in relocation, recruitment, retention, work life balance, performance assessment and training of sales departments, teams and management teams.
Kathlene has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and has been a featured speaker on the topics of recruitment, relocation, international assignments, motivation and employee retention at various National Conferences.
Angelo Kuykindoll, B.A., Associates Degree: Pre-law
Angelo Kuykindoll has been involved as a strategic contributor to start-up, small, mid-size, large and Fortune 500 companies over the past 16 years. Angelo has worked with entrepreneurial, start-up and Fortune 500 corporations in streamlining different processes, increasing sales, managing, selection criteria and training talent. He has extensive experience in Sales, Telecommunications, Management, Customer Service, Engineering and Project Management.
Prior to being one of BullZeye’s Founders, Angelo joined a major financial organization as a Telecommunications Analyst. He managed and supported the company voice network processes to assure reliability, functionality and cost effectiveness. Also project managed the Avaya switch upgrades.
Prior to joining the Fortune 500 Angelo used his sales and marketing skills to run his own business. Angelo managed all levels of personnel and managed a sales team. He was instrumental in training and motivating the sales team and also in getting the deals closed.
Angelo is a graduate of DeVry University and also has an Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law.
