BullZeye clients receive a short list of job candidates that are qualified, screened and interviewed by members of the BullZeye team. The job candidates are screened on competencies and successful behaviors needed to meet the job order specifications. Typically, within 20-25 business days our clients are receiving at least 3 candidates who are primarily passive yet we do not over look the active candidates in today’s downsizing environment.

BullZeye has access to over 250 assessment/behavioral testing tools that are custom selected based on the criteria to be measured. This is a unique feature of BullZeye as only those trained in Clinical and/or Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Tests and Measurements may be approved for access to such tests and measurements. Fees for this component vary based on what tests are employed.

HIRING COST is a flat fee per hire.
